International Shipping
We offer International shipping to select countries including: Australia, Canada, Japan, UK, Italy, France, Germany and Spain.
Buyer is responsible for Customs & Duties fee's associated with an International order.
Processing Info
Orders are shipped the same business day if submitted before 3pm est, otherwise will ship the following work day. Orders placed over the weekend or holiday will ship the following business day. If you have selected to personalize merchandise, this will add up to 2 days to processing time.
You'll receive both an order confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation including tracking details.
Returns
AUGUST GROOMING will accept unused and non-personalized merchandise within 30 days of the order date.
If you decide to return any or all of your order, you will first need to request a return authorization by emailing returns@augustgrooming.com with your order number and request. Upon receipt of your request, we will respond with instructions and return label to the email address associated with the order.
Make sure to include original packaging including any box or case that was included in original delivery. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days of the original purchase date. Any merchandise that has be purchased with personalized features are final. We do not accept any International returns.
AUGUST GROOMING reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria. In such cases, we will send the merchandise back to the address associated with the original purchase.
Upon receipt of returned merchandise, we will promptly process your refund to the payment method used for original purchase; in most cases within 3 business days. The refund amount will exclude the cost of shipping. Once complete, you will receive an email with return details.
