AUGUST GROOMING will accept unused and non-personalized merchandise for return within 15 days of your delivery date. 

If you decide to return any or all of your order, you will first need to request a return authorization by sending an email to returns@augustgrooming.com with your order number and request. 

Upon receipt of your request, we will respond with instructions and a return label within 2 business days to the email associated with the order.  

Please make sure to include original packaging including any box, case, or paper that has been included in the original delivery.

Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of original purchase.  Any item that has been personalized is final.   We do not accept returns on any purchase made outside of the United States. 

AUGUST GROOMING reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.  In such cases, we will send the merchandise back to the address associated with original order.

Upon receipt of returned merchandise, we will promptly process your refund (in most cases, within 3 business days) to the original payment method used excluding all shipping cost.  Once complete, you will receive a confirmation email with details.
